2) by you individually in requesting service from the BIG site, 3) an Organization for
whom you may perform contractual services or 4) entered by you into the BIG Portal.
The data accessed/retained is required in order to carry out contracted business services.
This information is limited to your name, work location, work email address and work
phone number. Where contractual relationships exist, the data provided is updated electronically
to ensure that it is complete, consistent and up-to-date.
As a web tool, BigCenter also utilizes data from cookies, for authentication of approved users, session
tracking and maintaining user preferences. A cookie is a small text file that a browser sets on your
hard drive to recall users preferences. Additionally, BIG tracks data related to what type of browser
the user is utilizing , the url you accessed BigCenter from and details of the subsequent url within
BigCenter a user accesses. This information is recorded solely to improve interaction with the site
and track preferences to enhance the user experience.
Business Integration Group, Inc. will not sell nor lease this data and will only utilize the data in the course
of contracted business services, as part of an existing business relationship with an Organization for whom you
may perform contractual services, including your Employer.

Contact), in performance of contracted business services.

defined in a contractual relationship for performance of service, and only to the extent to enable said

services with your Employer and an Organization to whom you may perform contractual services.
