Michael T Swanstrom
President & CEO
Michael provides the organizational leadership, formulates the client centric strategic vision, and oversees the operational, capital planning and resource allocation processes for assignments across the globe. His prior work experience includes asset management for Fortune 500 corporate occupier and investor portfolios on a worldwide basis for the largest privately held global real estate organization, as well as extensive corporate finance and administration functions. Michael holds an MBA, Finance, is a recipient of the Master Corporate Real Estate (MCR) designation from CoreNet Global, holds all four designations (RPA, FMA, SMA, SMT) from the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA); and is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Association of Energy Engineers.
Lawrence H. Grant
Chief Financial Officer
Larry manages the firm's financial planning and guides the company in all fiscal related matters. His global finance background and his cross-functional business experience in various industries, including real estate, have positioned him to ensure the organization is well situated to serve clients from both an application and service standpoint.
Thomas Bushong
Senior Managing Director, Operations &Planning
Thomas has leadership responsibility for the business service and corporate administration teams, helps formulate growth initiatives and supports application development. Thomas is a nine year member of the organization. Thomas previously worked as a teacher of advanced mathematics in the Phoenix area and holds a BS in Mathematics and a Masters in Administration.
Simon Davis
Senior Managing Director, Client Solutions
Simon supports the client solutions team, with a focus on innovation, product development, new business relationships and on-going account management of BIG’s prestigious global clients. Simon is a six year member of the team, holds a Law degree and a Masters in Business IT, and is an active participant in the CRE industry having authored articles and serving as a panelist at multiple events. Simon’s prior experience includes having served a major real estate management firm in the UK, where he was active in system design and selection.
Aaron Richey
Managing Director, Product Development
Aaron's responsibilities include oversight of the strategic and operational development of the BIGCenter product suite; managing BIG’s support team and spearheading our comprehensive training initiatives. Aaron innovates and collaborates with clients and development resources while supporting execution and continual enhancement of BIG’s existing application and product roadmap initiatives. Aaron was previously a sales executive with a leading IT Solution Provider.
Amy McKee
Project Manager, Development & Quality Assurance
Amy has been with the firm for nine years and is responsible for developing and maintaining workflow processes and driving continuous improvement. She manages the internal product quality assurance process to ensure our client expectations are exceeded. As Project Manager, Amy’s role is to plan, execute and finalize initiatives in accordance with established timelines, while overseeing quality control throughout the application.
Bill Carrender
Director, IT Workflow & Design
Bill has been with the firm for eleven years and oversees internal work flow, client implementations and product functionality. He partners with clients and IT to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved. Bill previously designed web and desk top applications for major corporate organizations in the Phoenix area.
Brandon Ragle
Client Support Analyst
Brandon oversees the on-going support of BIG’s valued clients while focusing on innovation; participating in the development of new functionality; strengthening relationships, and assisting clients in meeting their strategic goals. Brandon has been with the firm for eleven years, is a graduate of New Mexico Military Institute and holds a B.A. in English Literature from Arizona State University.
Darren Marker
Occupancy Management
Darren manages and supports clients utilizing our Occupancy Center platform to ensure accuracy and maintain industry leading standards. Darren has been with the firm for ten years and previously served as a Mechanical Designer specializing in HVAC and Plumbing for nine years with a prominent national Architectural firm.
Diane Batchelder
Manager, Lease Administration
Diane manages and supports the Lease Administration team to ensure process consistency and superior execution. Prior to this role, she served as a Licensed Real Estate Agent involved in Commercial Property Management for Class A properties in the Greater Phoenix Area.
Jeff Bonebright
Director, Business Services
Jeff is responsible for leading the business service teams (i.e. 24x7 Facility Help Desk, Lease Administration, Resource Scheduling and Drawing Management) to ensure service excellence and exceptional client relationships. Jeff is a three year member of the team. Jeff’s previous work experience includes over ten years with world class organizations managing client relationships, overseeing service delivery and developing dynamic teams. Jeff holds a BS, Business Administration and also spent eight years in the US Navy in both active duty and reserve rolls.
Jonathan Kacprowicz
System Architect
Jonathan is responsible for designing and implementing new technologies for use within the BIGCenter solution suite. He has been a web and applications developer for fifteen years, and is a eleven year member of the BIG team.
Sheldon Lasky
VP, Information Technology
Sheldon is responsible for managing IT projects and acts as an advisor to clients when considering technology options. Sheldon has been a member of the BIG team for eleven years. Prior to this role, he served in all aspects of IT including System Design & Administration and Application Programming within the Phoenix metropolitan area.
