| At BigCenter, we provide each client with a comprehensive training program designed to enable them to fully and efficiently utilize and benefit from the full extent of our solution. Each client’s program includes initial & regularly scheduled “refresher” training, and access to self paced online tutorials and reference materials in the BigCenter knowledgebase. Training can be provided by an instructor at the client’s location or via a web conference. BigCenter instructors are subject matter experts with comprehensive experience in using the application. |
